  • Chat Bot: Our chat bot is available 24/7. Minerva can answer questions about our services and can even access your student record (with authentication) and give you personalized feedback on a variety of topics, such as holds, registration appointments, class locations and more.

In-person Office Hours: The Registrar’s public service counter (Campus Center, B52) is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
