The Molecular Core Facility can be accessed by the next generation of molecular scientists anytime and its instrumentation are used extensively by graduate students, post-docs, and research staff. The philosophy has been to keep the core facilities as comprehensive and accessible as possible to increase faculty, staff and student research productivity. The Molecular Core Facility provides maintenance, scheduling and training on instrumentation and also provides DNA sequencing services to investigators at the University at Albany.
