TurboVote — a product of the nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit Democracy Works — is an online one-stop shop for voters. UAlbany has partnered with TurboVote to help our students access the ballot box.
UAlbany students can use TurboVote to:

Register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and/or update an address. If your home state does not permit registration online, you’ll receive completed forms with stamped envelopes already addressed to the local election office.

Track elections with text message and email reminders. You'll receive all the information you need to vote in every election — including polling locations, election dates, information on laws and deadlines.

Ask for help. TurboVote's dedicated help desk can answer any voting-related questions.

BallotReady is a nonpartisan website that provides free, personalized information to U.S. voters about upcoming elections. It aggregates content from candidates’ websites, social media, press coverage and endorsements, as well as from local Boards of Election.
