Lisa Baranik is an assistant professor of management. Her research focuses on employee learning and development, with an emphasis on motivation, mentoring relationships, and occupational health. Her recent articles have focused on refugee and Arab employee populations. Baranik received her PhD from the University of Georgia in 2009.
