The Financial Aid Self‑Service Portal is the quickest way to get a response from the Office of Financial Aid. Submit your request or check your ticket status anytime, and a Financial Aid counselor will follow up promptly.

Have a question not easily answered using the Financial Aid Self-Service Portal? Meet with a financial aid counselor to talk things over:

  • Appointments: Current students can make an appointment with a financial aid counselor using EAB Navigate.
  • Walk-ins: Anyone can stop by the office during walk-in hours:
    • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Wednesday & Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Financial Aid is located in Campus Center, Suite G26, on UAlbany's Uptown Campus.

Please use E-Pay to review and pay your bill, which is posted around the 20th of each month and is due on the 15th of the following month.
