The Financial Aid Self‑Service Portal is the quickest way to get a response from the Office of Financial Aid. Submit your request or check your ticket status anytime, and a Financial Aid counselor will follow up promptly.
- Admitted & Current Students: Log in with your UAlbany credentials.
- All Other Users: Create a guest account to request assistance

Have a question not easily answered using the Financial Aid Self-Service Portal? Meet with a financial aid counselor to talk things over:
- Appointments: Current students can make an appointment with a financial aid counselor using EAB Navigate.
- Walk-ins: Anyone can stop by the office during walk-in hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday & Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Financial Aid is located in Campus Center, Suite G26, on UAlbany's Uptown Campus.
