The Virtual Registrar’s Office

The Virtual Registrar's Office is open for business.

While staff in the Registrar's Office are not physically present in the office, you may contact us at registrar@albany.edu or live chat with us between 8am and 4pm (Monday - Friday) by clicking the chat bubble on the lower right of this screen.  We will answer inquiries and make arrangements to serve your needs.

We are taking every reasonable step to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus to protect the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and families. We thank you for your patience while we continue to serve you in alternate ways.

Students, faculty, and staff should continue to monitor their email as additional information will be forthcoming.

The Registrar's Office is responsible for registration related activities, the University's academic calendar, issuance of official transcripts, awarding of degrees, the schedule of classes, grading, administration of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and other matters of record.
