Learning how to navigate topics such as performance issues, giving constructive feedback, managing conflict and handling sensitive personal matters takes time and practice. Join us to discuss strategies to help you begin to gain confidence in managing difficult conversations while maintaining positive working relationships and promoting employee growth.
