The Supervisor Network for Success series is designed for UAlbany employees serving in supervisory roles who are full-time state employees with contractual obligations related to the management of unionized personnel. Supervisors across all divisions, bargaining units, and experience levels are invited to register. Registration is required.

Career Readiness Certificate Program
The SUNY Center for Professional Development and the SUNY Career Development Office Community of Practice have developed the framework for a Career Readiness Champion Certificate Program. The overarching goal of the program is to help faculty and staff on college campuses to learn the competencies (knowledge and skills) needed to create a campus culture focused on supporting students in planning for a career.
Target Audience: All college and university faculty and staff who teach, advise, or work with students in any context in which their career plans are relevant
Dates: Spring January 7 - May 17 or Summer May 13 - Sept 15

Upon hire, and annually thereafter, UAlbany’s professional and classified employees are required to complete several online training courses on compliance, safety and other state-mandated topics.
