Liberty Terrace

Liberty Terrace is the first LEED Gold residential area on the University at Albany campus. It is comprised of Junior, Senior, and Graduate students. Liberty Terrace is comprised of two buildings, each with five floors and elevator access. There are also a laundry room and three lounges on each floor. All Liberty Terrace apartments are designed as four-bedroom, two-bathroom units, where all bedrooms are single occupancy with traditional twin size beds. Each apartment features a full kitchen and a furnished living room. In the Community Area, there is an exercise facility, staff offices, and meeting/conferencing areas. Mail facilities can be found at the main complex entrance and a softball court can be found on the Liberty Terrace grounds. Liberty Terrace houses approximately 500 students.
