About

Dr. Petsche is a New York State Licensed Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. He previously served as an adjunct professor and then joined the faculty in a Lecturer position in 2022. Currently, Dr. Petsche teaches Psychoeducational Intervention III: Psychotherapy, Individual Differences in Human Behavior, School Crisis Preparedness and Intervention, Social Psychology Foundations in Professional Psychology, and Field Experience I, II, and III for PsyD students. Previously, he has worked as a school psychologist in public schools. In addition to his current position as a Lecturer at the University at Albany, Dr. Petsche owns a private practice, where he provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families, as well as adults.
