- Admitted & Current Students: Log in with your UAlbany credentials.
- All Other Users: Create a guest account to request assistance.

Appointments: Current students can make an appointment with a financial aid counselor using EAB Navigate.
Walk-ins: Anyone can stop by the office during walk-in hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday & Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Financial Aid is located in Campus Center, Suite G26, on UAlbany's Uptown Campus.
