Use a Bike Share
To register for the bike-share program, visit the CDPHP Cycle! website, and register using your albany.edu email address. Current students and employees have free access to the regular CDPHP Cycle bikes. Once your email address is verified then use code, SunyCycle, to access special membership.
Four bike‑share hubs are located across UAlbany’s campuses, but members can use any location in the Capital Region.
Uptown Campus
- Collins Circle, Campus Center, Empire Commons.
Downtown Campus
- Intersection of Western Avenue and North Lake Avenue
Register Your Personal Bicycle
Register your personal bicycle, scooter, or e-device for free. Protect your investment by registering your bike or scooter with Parking & Mass Transit Services. Registration helps University Police identify ownership, increases the likelihood of recovery if your property is lost or stolen, and supports a safer, more organized campus environment.
Registration is free and only takes a few minutes to complete.
