Parking for Vendors & Contractors

All vendor and contractor vehicles must purchase a parking registration to park on any UAlbany campus. Exemption: Marked delivery trucks do not require registration.
 

Registration & Fees

To register and pay for a parking permit, visit our Parking Services Portal.

  • Cost: $50 per vehicle  
  • Validity: Through August 31, 2027 
Parking Locations
  • Contractors: Must park in student lots. Not valid at any section of Freedom Apartments (requires special approval from PMTS). 
  • Vendors: Authorized to park in faculty/staff and student areas. Not valid in any section of Freedom Apartments (requires special approval from PMTS)

Dock Loading & Unloading
  • Loading docks and designated load/unload zones are available with prior approval.  
  • A valid dock permit allows up to 30 minutes in these areas.  
  • After unloading, vehicles must be moved to an approved parking location.
Occasional Campus Visits

Vendors and contractors who visit infrequently may use our Visitor Parking options, including day-long visitor parking lots.
