Dr. Lindsey Kaler completed her postdoctoral training at Brown University and joined the School of Education's Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology, Division of Special Education as an assistant professor.
Prior to her doctoral studies, she was a special education teacher in public schools in the Washington, DC area.

Her research centers on the intersection of special education and education policy, with a particular focus on studying systems of staffing and service delivery for students with disabilities.
