Ling Chen

Ling Chen is an Instructional Designer for online programs at CATLOE. She is passionate about helping faculty design accessible, high-quality online learning experiences and implement effective pedagogical frameworks to support student success.

Prior to this position, Ling developed a diverse background designing impactful learning experiences across both the private sector and higher education. In her previous roles, she has served as a strategic departmental point of contact to align curriculum goals, partnered with faculty and corporate teams to build customized course design, and taught university-level introductory statistics. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Learning Theory and Educational Technology from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&M University.
