The UAlbany Black Indigeous Latinx and People of Color (BILPOC) Faculty Advancement Initiative will host its second annual “Lifting, Climbing, and Thriving Conference” on Thursday 4/24/25 from 8:30am-4:30pm in the Campus Center Multipurpose Room. This year’s theme is “Making the Invisible Visible.” The day will include a series of speakers and panel discussions covering topics such as how to harness research and community engagement to create change and overcoming challenges of invisible labor. Students in the Graduate Pathway and Presidential Health Disparity Fellowship programs will present their research. Register here
