Hernan Diaz, Pulitzer-nominated fiction writer and former LLC faculty, is the author of the acclaimed new novel, Trust (2022), a mind-blowing and multi-layered narrative, the book is composed of four manuscripts, each telling a different version of the life of a Wall Street tycoon and his wife, building to Black Thursday and the Great Depression. One of the most talked-about novels of the year, Trust was named one of the “Top Ten Books of 2022” in both the New York Times and the Washington Post, and long-listed for the Booker Prize.
