Allison Nunez Receives Distinguished Doctoral Award

A woman with dark hair, a maroon top and a black cardigan smiles at the camera. She stands in front of a tree. Grass, sunlight and a couple of cars are in the background.

We are delighted to announce that Allison Nunez has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Doctoral Award for 2022-23. Her dissertation is titled "Essays on Career Progression Among the Underrepresented in Academic Biomedicine." She is supervised by Professor Gerald Marschke.

Each year, the Distinguished Doctoral Award is awarded to the best dissertation in any field in the college. We are proud of Allison's hard work, dedication, and academic excellence!
