Matthew Cotugno

In addition to serving as a faculty member for the University at Albany’s School of Business, Matt also serves on the HR Leadership team at MVP Health Care as the Senior Director, Total Rewards & Talent Operations. In his role, Matt is responsible for employee compensation, benefits, rewards/recognition, well-being, HR operations, facilities management and physical security.

Along with his BS in Management and MBA in HRIS, Matt is also a Certified Compensation Professional and a proud 2017 graduate of the Leadership Capital Region program (formerly Leadership Tech Valley).
