Groundbreaking held for new UAlbany complex

“It will help secure UAlbany's position as a world-class research institution for years to come," said University at Albany President Havidan Rodriguez.
Tuesday afternoon, Rodriguez joined campus and state officials for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Emergency Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex, or ETEC.

Gov announces Harriman location
