Order your food online for pickup and skip lines with the GET Food App, accessible within your CBORD Mobile ID App! The CBORD Mobile ID App allows you to access the same services as going to the UAlbany ID Card Office and UAlbanyID.com, but much more!

Look out for this icon on your Mobile ID App to order food from the Campus Center right from your phone! 

HOW TO DOWNLOAD: iPhone (App Store) or Droid (Google Play) users can download the GET Food app by searching "GET food" and then searching for "UAlbany" to order. (NOTE: there is another service app called GET that has a green icon, make sure you download the icon that looks like the image above).

The CBORD Mobile ID App and the GET Food app are the preferred method for contactless payment and online food ordering at retail. Please download these mobile apps before arriving on campus and familiarize yourself with all its functions to help us ensure safer service delivery.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download CBORD Mobile  ID from your phone’s app store  
  2. Choose ‘UAlbany’ from the server list  
  3. Log in with your NetID and password   
  4. Set up your pin  
  5. Enjoy
 
 

Enjoy contactless payment at registers:

  1. Launch the Mobile ID app 
  2. Enter your pin 
  3. Have the cashier scan your bar code under your photo to make purchase

Sign up for preferred alerts:

  1. Launch the Mobile ID app 
  2. Enter your pin 
  3. Select myServices from the bottom of your app
  4. Scroll down and select Notifications on the menu
  5. Tap on phone number and enter at the top 
  6. Agree to the terms and conditions
  7. Select send confirmation code 
  8. Enter confirmation code in the field below once you receive it
  9. Tap confirm and save to sign up for alerts
 

Give feedback for UAS services:

  1. Launch the Mobile ID app 
  2. Enter your pin
  3. Select myServices from the bottom of your app
  4. Select Send Feedback on the menu 
  5. Leave your feedback and tap submit
