Kathleen Tsantes, MIA ’22 works as a Membership Coordinator at BritishAmerican Business, which is the leading transatlantic trade organization committed to strengthening the economic corridor between the United States and the United Kingdom by supporting policies and actions that protect and enhance the environment for transatlantic trade.

Jenna LaTourette, MIA ’22 secured a position as a Senior Research Support Specialist at the Center for Advanced Red Teaming.

Casey Haack, MIA ’22 secured employment as a Safety and Security Analyst at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society where he maintains an incident reporting platform, analyzes national security and political trends, and briefs leadership on security matters. 

Shakera Tems, MPA ’22 is serving as a Public Policy Fellow for the Center for Women in Government and Civil Society. During her fellowship experience, she moderated the New York State Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Asian (BPHA) Legislative Caucus panel discussion on Empowering Womxn in Government.

Katy Clayton, MPA ’21 graduated in December with an offer from the SUNY Research Foundation where she works as a school evaluation analyst with the SUNY Charter Schools Institute.

Gladys Valverde, MPA ’22 was offered a position as an Advisory Associate with KPMG upon graduation. She hopes to use her experience and knowledge gained through the MPA program to improve public systems and be a voice for the most vulnerable. 

Ariana Mattice-Lybrand, MPA ’21 works as an Impact and Operations Analyst with a nonprofit organization called BlueHub Capital, which is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that is focused on building healthy communities where low-income people live and work.

Macy Hayes, BA '22 is this year's Department of Public Administration and Policy Valedictorian. She also received the First Penguin Undergraduate Research Award for her honors thesis, “The Future of Climate Action: Evaluating Three Prospective Solutions to the Climate Crisis.”
