Karen Schultz

Ms. Schultz is the Administrative Assistant in the Dean's office at the Massry School of Business. She began her career at the University at Albany in 1999. She joined the Massry School of Business in 2022. She serves as the main liaison and direct contact for the Dean's office. She provides administrative support to the Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Associate Dean for Research, Vice Dean of Finance and Administrative Operations and the Director of Development. Ms. Schultz is also a licensed NYS Notary Public.

Ms. Schultz was awarded the Massry School of Business Service Award in May 2025 for her outstanding service during the 2024-2025 school year. While working in the Student Affairs Division Ms. Schultz was nominated in May 2021 for a Student Affairs in Excellence Award. She was awarded a Student Affairs All Star Award  in December of 2019.
