Make an Appointment 

Request an appointment by logging into Accomodate with your UAlbany credentials and click on Appointment then click Request New Appointment.

You will receive an automated email when your appointment is confirmed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your appointment to be confirmed. 

We are available for in-person appointments in our Campus Center 137 office or virtual appointments via Zoom. You can select your preference when requesting an appointment.

Appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the last appointment of the day starting at 3 p.m.

We offer hour-long and 30-minute slots. Please always allow up to an hour for registration appointments.

Anyone is welcome to request an appointment, including current students, new students, prospective students and their families. Faculty and staff may also request an appointment. 
 

Attend our Drop-in Hours 

Use drop-in hours to ask questions about accommodations, procedures, appointment confirmations, and quick tips. Drop-in hours cannot be used for academic coaching or registration

You can attend our drop-in hours either in person by coming into our Campus Center 137 office or virtually via Zoom.

Drop-in hours for the Spring 2024 semester are:

  • 11 a.m. to noon Mondays

  • Noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays

  • 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays

There will not be Drop-in hours March 18, 2024 - March 20, 2024 due to Spring Break. 

In the event we need to cancel our drop-in hours unexpectedly, we will post the news on the UAlbany DAISS Facebook page. Scheduled cancellations will appear on this webpage.
