Dr. Sen is a strategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader with 30+ years’ experience in top tier academic institutions. He has proven track record in student success, developing interdisciplinary STEM oriented programs, institutional partnerships, enrollment growth, fundraising, securing premier global rankings as well as building high performing diverse teams. He is committed to value-based leadership grounded on transparency and data driven decision making. His primary area of research and teaching interest were in areas of mergers and acquisitions, dividend policy and corporate governance. He has published extensively in academic and practitioner journals. Professor Sen is also a Board Member of American Red Cross (Northeast Region) and Junior Achievement and Principal Advisor of Wingsure, an agritech firm poised to disrupt the global insurance & financial landscape for farmers and rural communities.
