Lisa has been practicing law for more than 20 years.  She is the Managing Attorney at The Glennon Law Firm, P.C., which is a boutique litigation firm in Rochester, New York that focuses on business disputes, employment law, trust and estate litigation, and matrimonial law.

She began her career as a general practitioner with Meyers & Meyers, PLLC in Albany, New York where she handled a variety of matters, including assisting and advising clients in the formation of their businesses, commercial transactions, trust and estate matters, and litigation.

Additionally, from 2006 – 2021, Lisa was adjunct faculty at SUNY Schenectady County Community College where she taught Business Law I and II, Estates and Trusts, Courts and Litigation, and Legal Research.

Lisa also served as an extern law clerk to the Honorable Roger. J. Miner, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, for which she was recognized by Judge Miner for her outstanding performance.

Lisa’s experience in both litigation and general practice gives her a broad perspective, especially within the context of her business law classes.  Not only has she had the pleasure of forming and advising businesses and their owners, but she has also witnessed the consequences that occur when businesses are formed without strategic and thoughtful planning and preparation.
