Joelle Monaco

Joelle Monaco, MBA, is an organizational development and workplace wellbeing professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations align their people, systems and workplace goals to achieve sustainable success.

She is the President of Joelle Monaco Consulting, where she works with organizations across sectors on organizational development, people operations, workforce development, workplace culture, systems change, and mental health and wellbeing.

Joelle brings a People First Principle to her work and teaching, recognizing that people are a workplace’s most valuable asset, each with their own experiences, strengths and purpose. Her professional experience in assessment, planning, organizational transformation, training and development provides a practical foundation for connecting business concepts to the realities leaders and organizations face every day.

Joelle is passionate about educating and empowering current and emerging professionals to think critically about how people, systems and organizational practices intersect. She brings real-world experience into the classroom to help students develop the skills and perspective needed to lead people, navigate change and create sustainable workplaces.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Public Health Association and has been a trainer for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing for more than ten years.
