Amauris Soler is a Senior Investigator with the New York State Police with extensive expertise in digital forensics, cybersecurity, and law enforcement, bringing years of experience leading forensic operations across the State of New York. He has overseen logistics, equipment acquisitions, and licensing for statewide forensic initiatives and contributed to the drafting and implementation of the Computer Crime Unit and Digital Evidence Guide. His work includes conducting forensic examinations of computers and mobile devices in criminal investigations and providing expert witness testimony in court. With hundreds of hours of specialized training, he holds certifications such as AccessData Certified Examiner (Exterro), Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME), and NW3C-3CE Certified Cyber Crime Examiner. These credentials, combined with his hands-on investigative experience and collaboration with law enforcement agencies across New York State, underscore his commitment to advancing justice through precise, ethical, and technologically advanced forensic practices.
