Dr. Abhishek Ghosh is a visiting assistant professor in the Information Systems and Business Analytics department at the Massry School of Business, University at Albany. He received his PhD in Operations Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Dr. Ghosh's research interests lie in the management of service systems, with a focus on innovative service designs. Dr. Ghosh has taught courses in Business Analytics and Operations & Supply Chain Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
