Boor Sculpture Studio's Bisbing featured in Utica Art Show
Roger Bisbing, Instructional Support Technician for the Boor Sculpture Studio at UAlbany, is featured in a two-person show at the Munson Williams Proctor Institute’s PrattMWP Gallery in Utica, NY. The show runs from November 8 - December 5, 2019 and is free and open to the public. More information can be found on the PrattMWP Gallery website.

Art Professor JoAnne Carson Featured in Vermont Exhibition
University at Albany Professor of Studio Art JoAnne Carson recently exhibited her work in Contemporary American Regionalism: Vermont Perspectives, a group art show in Manchester, Vermont, August through October 2019. Danny Goodwin, Associate Professor of Photography and Related Media and Director of the Programs in Studio Art, has been named a recipient of the 2018-19 Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching. The Award ceremony will take place Tuesday April 30 at 1 PM in the Campus Center Ballroom.
Student Honors
Second-year MFA student Björn Bauer has been named as a winner of the 2018-2019 SUNY Student Art Best of Show for his work “Apostrophe.” He will be honored at the June 25th reception and awards ceremony hosted by SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson.
