UAlbany Fall 2023 Competitive Awards for First-Year Students
Competitive awards offer additional funding opportunities to admitted first-year students. These awards may be stacked with merit scholarships and financial assistance. Award amounts vary from $250 - $7,000 per year. Eligible students must apply through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and are selected based on supplemental application materials and interviews.

Students must apply to the University at Albany by November 15 through the Early Action option.
