During UAlbany Showcase 2024, the STEM NOW (Nourishing Opportunities for Women) panel discussed:

- How to balance a challenging career while struggling with adversity
- The intersectionality of race, ethnicity, gender and sexuality
- The advancement of women through collaboration, comradery and allyship
