Our "Core Leadership Competency" framework provides a roadmap for leadership development. Forms to apply will be available in Fall of 2026.
Services and programs include:
- Champions for a Cause: Servant leadership programs connecting student organizations and departments with aligned community organizations and their cause.
- Leadership Academy: An invite-only cohort of incoming students who participate in a weekly leadership development program designed to prepare you to be successful leaders on campus, in the community and in your future career.
- Leadership Workshops: Targeted, competency-focused workshop programs for student leaders, student staff and professionals.
- UAlbany Votes: A non-partisan committee of student leaders, faculty, staff and University partners, working to promote a culture of civic engagement.
We co-advise several student organizations, including:
