Student Engagement & Belonging (SEB) creates meaningful opportunities for students to connect, get involved and feel a true sense of belonging at UAlbany. We support students’ growth both inside and outside the classroom through:

  • Campus-wide programs

  • Orientation experiences
  • Resource centers

Our work centers on inclusion, community-building and student voices while celebrating the diverse identities and experiences that shape our campus. UAlbany Votes is our campus-wide non-partisan initiative to foster participation in the democratic process by encouraging students, faculty and staff to register to vote. Students can also learn about the candidates, issues that will be on their ballot and engage with the elected officials who represent them.
