About
Stephen Hogan is an incoming Visiting Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice in Rockefeller College at the University at Albany. His areas of interest include Criminal Procedure law, Forensic Science, Criminal Courts and Cold Case Investigations.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, his Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. He is a former Assistant District Attorney and previously served as a legal advisor to the New York State Police Forensic Investigation Center.
