Jason Robey is an assistant professor in the School of Criminal Justice at the University at Albany, SUNY. His research examines the evolving relationships between the criminal justice system and social inequalities across three substantive areas: declining incarceration rates, disparities in criminal sentencing, and peer influences on delinquency. Jason’s work has been published in the American Journal of Sociology, Demography, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Criminology, and other outlets.
