Web Services moving to TeamDynamix for website requests

Dear Colleagues,

Web Services is transitioning from FootPrints to TeamDynamix, a new ticket management system, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, for all website-related requests.

 

What you need to know

  • If you have an open ticket, it will be automatically moved to TeamDynamix. You’ll receive an email with a new ticket number, which will be used to complete your request.  
  • You will not be able to reply to messages from the FootPrints system after the transition.

 

What’s staying the same?

  • You’ll continue to submit a ticket for all website updates, inquiries and requests.
  • You’ll still receive email confirmations and be able to reply to tickets via email.

 

What’s changing?

  • We’ve combined several forms for updates to existing webpages into a single, streamlined form that displays relevant fields based on your selections. Please review options carefully when submitting requests.
  • You'll be able to attach files, including documents and images, when creating a ticket.
  • You’ll be able to use text formatting (bold, lists, links) in the request description field; however, formatting in email replies is not supported and will transfer as plain text.
  • Tickets email notifications will come from tdx-notifications@albany.edu and tdx-replies@albany.edu
  • You can use the TeamDynamix Client Portal to view all your Web Services tickets in one place.
