The Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University at Albany was pleased to welcome prospective students during the University’s Fall Preview events. On November 1, 2025, Dr. Janell Hobson, Undergraduate Director, shared insights about the field, explained its distinctive approach to AI and highlighted innovative pedagogies. She also showcased the department’s diverse academic programs, internship opportunities, public engagement initiatives and alumni achievements.
