Rachel Jones joined The Graduate School in July 2025 as the Assistant Director of Recruitment Operations. Rachel is responsible for the CRM Management for Recruitment and Marketing, travel in local territory and overseeing the Graduate Ambassador Programs.
Rachel has served over 10 years in higher education training with a variety of recruitment systems. She has also worked alongside department chairs to develop strategic plans to best serve the students.
Rachel earned a bachelor's degree in arts administration from Belhaven University and a master's degree in arts administration from Castleton University. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time singing in her church and hiking — she recently earned the status of a 46er!
