Victoria J. Brock

Victoria serves as Vice Dean for Finance and Administration for the College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering (CNSE). She leads the college’s financial and administrative enterprise, overseeing budgeting, long-range planning, human resources, facilities and operational strategy. Victoria manages CNSE’s multi-fund financial portfolio across state, Research Foundation and industry-supported resources and works closely with the Dean and university leadership on financial strategy, resource allocation and sustainable funding models that support academic programs, research growth and strategic initiatives.
