Tom joined CHSR in 2017. He currently leads the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene High Fidelity Wraparound project and works on the Greater Rochester Health Foundation opioid prevention project. Tom has been involved in a number of other CHSR projects, including SAMHSA System of Care Expansion projects, the Partnership for Success project, and the Small Scale Time and Motion Study with OPWDD. He is experienced in mixed methods, community-based participatory action research, and meta-analysis/evaluation.

Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Policy Studies from Syracuse University. He completed a Master’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology, a Ph.D. in Health Psychology with a concentration in Community Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
