Tyler joined CHSR in 2020. He is currently working on the Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five Initiative. He is experienced in mixed-methods including experimental audits, qualitative interviews, fieldwork, and data analysis.

Tyler received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY; he completed his Master’s degree in Sociology at the University at Albany, SUNY where he is also a Ph.D. Candidate.
