Sarah joined CHSR in 2017. She is currently working on the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) implementation and process evaluation, the Office of Victim Services (OVS) Behavioral Health Needs of Victims of Domestic Violence in Housing Programs evaluation, as well as assisting with the OVS Training Needs Assessment and SAMHSA's NYS SOC. Sarah has been involved in a number of other CHSR projects, including Cayuga County: Families Access to Services Team (FAST), NYS System of Care and the ECHO Collaborative. She is experienced in mixed-methods research and program evaluation with a primary focus on data collection efforts (interviews, focus groups, observations, survey design) and qualitative data analysis.
Sarah received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo, SUNY; she received her Master's degree in Community Health from SUNY Cortland.
