Samantha joined CHSR in 2019. She is currently the Early Childhood Policy and Data Analyst on the Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five project. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research methods, and program evaluation.

Samantha is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Psychology and Methodology at SUNY Albany. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Hofstra University and her Master's in Educational Psychology and Methodology from SUNY Albany.
