Wellness Programs

Wellness programs happen frequently throughout each semester and cover physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellness! In addition, they provide participants "need to know" skills to be the healthiest YOU can be! We have great discussions, interesting speakers, and activities that get you thinking about your day to day wellness.  Some examples of previous programming include mindful eating, epilepsy first aid training, weight lifting clinics, foam rolling and stretching workshop, everything you need to know about birth control, sleep 101, and more!
