  • Elucidating the role of long noncoding RNAs in the regulation of progression from ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) to invasive breast cancer
  • Studying the role of long noncoding RNAs and RNA modifications in epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and breast cancer stem cells 
  • Developing multifunctional RNA aptamers for EMT diagnosis and therapeutic targeting
