Please be advised of the following work alert occurring on the Uptown Campus. This work is necessary to support the maintenance of the high temp hot water system. During this time work may result in the loss of heat and hot water across Campus.
Work is expected to begin on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 8:00 PM and be completed by Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
The University's community should expect minimal heating and air conditioning service during the above-mentioned period in the Uptown Campus buildings excluding areas serviced by local systems. Air conditioning will be working in all areas, but effectiveness may diminish if the temperatures reach the 90's. Domestic hot water will not be available during this time except areas serviced by local systems, i.e… ITB, SEFCU arena, Boor Sculpture Studio, Freedom, Empire Commons, Liberty Terrance and select Residence Halls rooms. State and Indian Dining Rooms will have domestic hot water.
