Physics - 3rd Floor Localized Power Outage

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of the following work alert for the Physics building for work requiring a localized area power outage.  This work will start Friday, February 7th, at 6AM and end at 6:30AM (30 minutes duration).  This work is necessary to upgrade electrical systems in the building.

The localized area power outage will impact specific power panels in rooms/labs on the 3rd floor of Physics follows:

•    Room 315 power panels:   PP-1 WEST,  PP-2 WEST
•    Room 317 power panels:   PP-1 EAST,  PP-2 EAST
•    Room 320 power panels:   A,  B,  C
•    Room 322 power panel:   AP-P-3E
•    Room 324 power panel:   AP-P-3D
•    Room 326 power panel:   PP-3C
•    Room 328 power panels:   AA,  BB,  CC

The fire alarm and emergency lighting systems will remain in service during this outage. Room lighting will also remain in service during this outage.

Please shut down any sensitive electronic devices such as computers at end of your work shift on Thursday, February 6th .
