UAlbany School of Public Health Self Study Report

The University at Albany School of Public Health is accredited through 2022 by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health.

Currently, the UAlbany School of Public Health is undergoing the 2022 reaccreditation process and has prepared a preliminary draft of its self-study, an important part of the school’s efforts to continually improve its operations to meet the needs of students, community partners, and the public health workforce. UAlbany’s CEPH accreditation review is scheduled for June 15-17.

We invite all faculty, staff, students, alumni, colleagues, and partners to review the 2022 preliminary self-study draft. This self-study outlines our mission, evaluation, governance, and more as we work to provide defining experiences in public health.

Your feedback is very important to the reaccreditation process. You can provide your comments in two ways:

  1. Complete the 2022 Self-Study Preliminary Draft Feedback Form to submit comments to the University at Albany School of Public Health leadership team.
  2. Provide your written feedback about the self-study or any aspect of the UAlbany School of Public Health directly to CEPH up until May 16 (30 days before UAlbany’s scheduled review date). You can email your third-party comments to [email protected] or mail to: Council on Education for Public Health, 1010 Wayne Avenue, Suite 220, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
