Program Description

Using professional coaching skills can enhance your ability to communicate and lead in today’s fast-paced workplaces. This online workshop is for learners who are looking to develop a coaching approach for successful professional interactions.

Participants will get an overview of the professional coaching mindset to understand how they might apply coaching tactics like asking open-ended questions and using active listening in workplace settings. An advanced course resulting in the non-credit microcredential will be offered in the spring for interested learners.
