Take your leadership to the next level with a blend of high-level theory and research coupled with immediate practical application. This is not a lecture series; this is a laboratory for leadership.

You will work with frameworks like strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results (SOAR) analysis, Stakeholder Mapping, and Innovation Strategy to solve real-world organizational challenges. 

This Academy will help you enhance your skills to be ready to align stakeholders and communicate with clarity to lead with purpose and integrity.

The one-day workshop includes two modules:

  • Module 1: Strategic Leader’s Foundation (self and others) — 3.5 hours
    • Audit your personal leadership style and identify how to adapt it to meet varying team needs.
    • Leverage relationship power over positional power to gain buy-in across departments or business units.
    • Build a Stakeholder Map to identify and manage the key influencers critical to your project or team success.
    • Apply an ethical decision-making framework to navigate complex organizational governance and "gray area" dilemmas.
  • Module 2: Setting and Driving Strategic Direction — 3.5 hours
    • Effectively communicate a vision that bridges the gap between executive mandates and employee’s daily reality.
    • Execute a personal SOAR analysis to build a forward-looking strategic plan.
    • Evaluate the business landscape for potential disruptions and identify potential areas for innovation.
